Greetings from Bangkok 🇹🇭🌿

Good Morning Canna Fam! 😁

For those of you that have been keeping up with my IG stories, you know I’ve been doing some traveling lately and currently find myself in the beautiful city of Bangkok, Thailand.

From beautiful bongs, dank flower and strains, to fun cannabis lounges that are also educational, there are so many ideas and inspirations I’m bringing back with me to Canada. Plus, can I just say - I’m truly impressed with the retail experience out here! We need to step up our game back home!

Make sure to keep up with my travels on my stories, I’ll also be posting a vlog to my YouTube channel soon.

Why Cannabis Edibles Don’t Work For You

This article discusses common reasons why some individuals may not feel the effects of cannabis edibles and offers practical tips for optimizing their experience.

When was the last time you had a root beer float? But wait… what about a 🍃 infused one?

This is a PSA to run to hit your local dispensary for these Zele sarsaparilla-infused craft sodas ASAP!! When I tell you these drinks have my heart, I mean it. Something about the flavours of root beer mixed with the sweetness of vanilla ice cream just makes me so happy.

Each craft bottle contains 10 mg of full spectrum extract made with simple ingredients. Get yours here. Available in Canada only.

Cannabis In The News

  • Illegal Cannabis Market Flourishing in Canada: This article sheds light on the persistent challenges and loopholes that contribute to the thriving illegal cannabis market despite legalization in the country. It discusses factors such as high taxes, and regulatory hurdles that fuel the demand for illicit cannabis products. Current Canadian regulations make it extremely difficult for small businesses to flourish. I hope this is an eye-opener for the government.
  • New York Legislation Introduces Medical Cannabis Reciprocity: A bill introduced by Sen. Jeremy Cooney aims to overhaul New York's medical cannabis program, including allowing out-of-state patients to purchase from New York dispensaries. This proposed legislation would provide access to nonresidents enrolled in other states’ medical cannabis programs, allowing them to obtain products, including prerolls. I’m curious to see how this pans out and will keep an eye on this topic!
  • Thailand's Proposed Cannabis Regulations: Navigating Changes for Businesses and Consumers: Thailand is undergoing significant legal and regulatory changes in its cannabis industry to curb adult-use sales and refocus on medicinal markets. The new draft law aims to close legal loopholes that allowed recreational marijuana to flourish unintentionally. I’ve personally been chatting with locals in the cannabis industry in Bangkok and it seems like there isn’t alot of clarity as to what is going to happen. I’ve even heard from some store owners that they think it’s just political talk. Will keep an eye on this one!
