Ingredient Substitutions

When it comes to crafting your own mocktails at home, the possibilities for personalization are as vast as your creativity allows.

  • Gold Rush Jane & Juice Ampule: If you can't find any dissolvable ampules, feel free to use my dissolvable cannabis powder recipe. It dissolves very quickly and works just as well!
  • Fruit Juice: Feel free to use whatever fruit juices you'd like! A mimosa is commonly made with orange juice but you can use whatever you want.

TIPS & TRICKS

  • Adding the sprig of rosemary really adds a beautiful finishing touch to the mocktail so I'd recommend not skipping this part if possible.
  • Double or triple this recipe if you want to share with more friends or family!

FAQ

Q: Can I use other fruit juices instead of orange, cranberry, and pear juices?

A: Yes, you can substitute the fruit juices with others like apple juice, pineapple juice, or grape juice. Just ensure the flavors complement each other and the sparkling water.

Q: What can I use if I don't have simple syrup?

A: If you don’t have simple syrup, you can use honey, agave syrup, or another liquid sweetener. Alternatively, you can make a quick simple syrup by dissolving equal parts sugar in hot water and letting it cool.

Step 1: Calculate Potency For Your Infusion

Calculate total batch potency by entering product weight (grams), THC/THCA percentage, and CBD/CBDA percentage. Get total THC and CBD in milligrams (mg) for dosing.

(flower, wax, oil, etc)

THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) is the psychoactive compound in cannabis, while THCA (tetrahydrocannabinolic acid) is its non-psychoactive precursor found in raw cannabis

CBD (cannabidiol) is a psychoactive compound in cannabis known for its potential therapeutic benefits, while CBDA (cannabidiolic acid) is the precursor to CBD found in raw cannabis, which needs to be decarboxylated (heated) to become CBD with active properties.

(ie. butter, olive oil, coconut oil, MCT oil, alcohol)
