So, here's to mornings that begin on a high note and the simple joy of savouring the season, one sip at a time!

What the Dolce?

Dolce, the Italian word for sweet, embodies a world of indulgence and flavour, and when it comes to a Cinnamon Dolce Latte, it's a journey into the heart of sweetness and warmth.

The inclination towards sweet drinks during winter is deeply rooted in the human desire for coziness and indulgence. Sugary elixirs, whether in the form of spiced lattes, hot chocolates, or festive concoctions, provide a comforting respite from the brisk air, creating a sensorial experience that soothes and uplifts.

The holiday season, with its traditions and festivities, further amplifies the allure of sweet sips, as people gravitate towards familiar flavours that evoke a sense of nostalgia and celebration. The contrast between the chilly weather outside and the warmth inside, accompanied by the sweetness of a well-crafted beverage, becomes a ritual that transcends mere taste—it becomes a gesture of self-care and joy in the heart of winter's embrace.

Ingredient Substitutions

When it comes to crafting your own mocktails at home, the possibilities for personalization are as vast as your creativity allows. Here are some substitutions you can make from home.

  • Jane & Juice Ampoule: Feel free to use my dissolvable cannabis powder recipe if you can't find any ampoules. It's fast dissolving and works just as well!
  • Maple Syrup: Feel like taking your infusion game to the next level? Check out my cannabis infused maple syrup recipe and add it to this latte for added elevation!

TIPS & TRICKS

  • Make sure you don't let the milk get too hot otherwise it'll burn and won't froth as well.
  • Looking for a tasty, cozy drink but don't want the caffeine? Use decaf espresso instead!

Step 1: Calculate Potency For Your Infusion

Calculate total batch potency by entering product weight (grams), THC/THCA percentage, and CBD/CBDA percentage. Get total THC and CBD in milligrams (mg) for dosing.

(flower, wax, oil, etc)

THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) is the psychoactive compound in cannabis, while THCA (tetrahydrocannabinolic acid) is its non-psychoactive precursor found in raw cannabis

CBD (cannabidiol) is a psychoactive compound in cannabis known for its potential therapeutic benefits, while CBDA (cannabidiolic acid) is the precursor to CBD found in raw cannabis, which needs to be decarboxylated (heated) to become CBD with active properties.

(ie. butter, olive oil, coconut oil, MCT oil, alcohol)
