Ingredients
- 4-6 yellow peaches
- 4 tbsps maple syrup
- 1 tbsp cannabis-infused olive oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ cup Rice Krispies cereal
- cannabis infused whipping cream
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1-2 tbsps maple syrup
Instructions
- Heat up a large nonstick pan to medium heat
- Cut the peaches into halves
- Brush cannabis infused olive oil and cinnamon powder onto the flat side of the cut peaches
- Once the pan is hot, add the peaches flat side down onto the pan and let it sear the peaches for 3-4 minutes. The peaches will be done when you start to smell a sweet caramelized scent.
- Once the peaches are seared to your liking, turn off the stove and plate the peaches onto a pan.
- Dollop the cannabis infused whipping cream on top of the peaches.
- Garnish the peaches with maple syrup and Rice Krispies cereal.
