Why You'll Love This Recipe:

  • The perfect snack for movie night or as an accomplice to dinner!
  • Super easy to make!

Ingredient Substitutions

  • Ensure Even Coating: To get the best results, make sure each potato slice is well-coated with the olive oil and seasoning mixture. This helps the fries cook evenly and ensures the cannabis truffle oil is distributed throughout.
  • Avoid Crowding: When placing the fries in the air fryer, avoid overcrowding the tray. Give each fry enough space to allow air circulation, which helps them crisp up perfectly.

TIPS & TRICKS

  • Cannabis Infused Truffle Oil: If you don’t have cannabis-infused truffle oil, you can use regular truffle oil or cannabis-infused olive oil for a similar flavor profile. Adjust the quantity according to your preference.
  • Parmesan: If you prefer a non-dairy option, you can substitute the parmesan with nutritional yeast for a cheesy flavor without the dairy.

Recipe

SERVINGS: 2

TIME REQUIRED: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 2-3 large russet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp parmesan
  • 1/2 tbsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp parsley flakes
  • 1 tbsp cannabis infused truffle oil

Instructions

  1. Wash the russet potatoes and slice them into the shape of fries or wedges.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix the potatoes with the seasoning and oils. Mix well to ensure that oil coats every piece of potato - this will help ensure that the cannabis truffle oil is distributed evenly so that every fry gets a bit of canna-goodness!
  3. Place the fries onto a tray into an air fryer, creating separation between each piece of potato - this will ensure that each fry gets crispy!
  4. Air fry for 20 minutes at 400F. Then flip the fries and air fry for another 10~15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Sprinkle parmesan and parsley flakes onto the fries.
  6. Enjoy!

Step 1: Calculate Potency For Your Infusion

Calculate total batch potency by entering product weight (grams), THC/THCA percentage, and CBD/CBDA percentage. Get total THC and CBD in milligrams (mg) for dosing.

(flower, wax, oil, etc)

THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) is the psychoactive compound in cannabis, while THCA (tetrahydrocannabinolic acid) is its non-psychoactive precursor found in raw cannabis

CBD (cannabidiol) is a psychoactive compound in cannabis known for its potential therapeutic benefits, while CBDA (cannabidiolic acid) is the precursor to CBD found in raw cannabis, which needs to be decarboxylated (heated) to become CBD with active properties.

(ie. butter, olive oil, coconut oil, MCT oil, alcohol)
